Impossible to justify the bonus?

well, the bonus was issued out 90 days after the end of the fiscal year - which would be around end of March which is right around the time their revenue quadrupled and they had to re-assess their future revenue from 40 to 75 million and their PPS went from .01 end of December to roughly .03 end of March.

Major loss, yeah.
