A few weeks ago the feds raided oaksterdam and had it shut down, meanwhile a dispensary opened right by the capital. Eventually the ridiculousness of the whole situation will be well-known, the Feds are not going to be able to do anything once enough states vote to legalize for medical purposes. If we had over 50% of the states agreeing on MMJ, the feds are definitely going to lose some power over it.

Plus what are they going to do to CBIS? They have done well to stay away from the negative stigmas of the whole industry such as smokables and growing. If they went after a company claiming to cure cancer, I think it would turn a lot of heads and would probably not blow over to well with the public.
