History tends to repeat itself.
I remember people mentioned 2 separate stocks on this board, both dealing with real estate. I believe one of them was after the Lehman brother forced recession, 0.30 bought out at $9? The other someone mentioned was during the euro zone crisis, ran from 0.02 to $12?

I'm not sure buyout will come but that speculative PPS is not absurd. Especially if this CEO gets this company back into operations
