Risk: LOL. I knew we would get closer to 10B is short order. Add in OS and the NEW NUMBER IS 9.5B! On 5B authorized! Just a little bit more and we exceed GE as the largest share count anywhere.

Clearly, YA has no idea what it is doing. They are giving away their shareholders money for free.
