I'm not against him turning IGSM into a holding company. I feel it was dumb to announce the sausage shack as an acquisition, how do we as a shareholder benefit from hot dogs. A lame a%# promotion attempt with one press release. I'm sure he wasn't able to raise enough money to complete the merger. The press release is recycled "BS" - Come on Fytton you dipsh*t what are you thinking... Its obvious you and Hawk are trying to scrape together rent money. If you had announced a descent acquisition with 5 to 6 pr's to back it up we all could have made some money.
