Not sure how it works yet, but seems like if a wi-fi QR code is scanned and if wi-fi is available, it will process the QR code through a remote computer which would be faster and a better way to view videos and large amounts of info instead of 3G or 4G that is built into the phone and not always available or has a weak signal. OT like your Mosese icon with the QR codes, reminds me of a story I heard a long time ago in the hospitality industry about the Sotuhern Baptist Convention. The conventioneers come into town with two things, the ten commandments and a $10 bill and they are not going to break either one.
