Or maybe Blu thought that it couldn't survive having to pay Ruyan royalties for ever... I'm sure it was not a one time settlement and the fact that they settled leads me to believe that they were infringing the 910 patent and possibly even the new one....

So why would Lorillard want to buy a company that is infringing another's patent ? I'm sure they did their DD.....

What's really going on here ?
