No the news you are talking about came during the last runs, helping the mono. There was plenty of news during the consolidation phases before the 10k that didn't affect the PPS much.

The 10k was not a surprise to anyone who had done their DD. I'm not going to waste any more responses on you. Please learn more and post less.
