Lest we forget, Bill Gray took over Discovernet after its first bankruptcy. Under Gray's watch, it again fell into bankruptcy to the point that it had to be completely dissovled. Gray them resurrected it into Wisconsin Wireless because he could not legally use the Discovernet name. Also, while WW was called Discovernet, Gray violated SEC rules and sanctions were filed.
