10bagger: Here is a fairly short read as to how a company had a 1 million share tradable float and a 4 million share outstanding and yet the brokers allowed 1.3 billion shares to be sold to their clients. This is but one of many examples of how this happens fyi. I am a new shareholder at TEVE and don't know the entire history but have no doubt that the facts are similar and shares were sold "just because there were investors willing to buy them" without a thought as to whether what was being sold actually existed. Sadly the regulators have allowed this to go on for years by looking the other way while it happened. Those of us who read this board and post here are doing all we can to bring integrity back to our markets and that means only selling what you actually have in your posession to sell.
