A question for the board
It seems to be a general consensus by most that we are in for reversal of sorts in the QQQ's to get back to the MP area of 25 by OE, right?
Now, what happens to those individual stocks that are at or maybe ABOVE MP now? If the q's are to rise to get back to Mp or close to it by OE, then the NAZ will also rise, correct?
If so, then what happens to those stock already fully valued according to MP levels? DO they possibly rise but by not as much, or do they usually reverse at a closer date to the OE.
I know the MP is not expected to be an exact science and more times than not, does not hit the MP price EXACTLY.
Point in fact, take EXPE, which happens to be a stock I am short in and must say a little underwater. EXPE MP is currently 60 with a closing price Friday of 63.20..
If the Naz does rise in response to the MP of the Q's of 25, will a rising tide lift all boats, or will individual stocks begin to waver at some point toward their OWN MP price??
The MP area on EXPE looks like it wants to be between 60-65, favoring closer to 60, am I reading that correctly?
As always, AYC ( at your convenience )
