really, I believe it's a virtuous 'thing' ...not sad or useless, Expecting the best and working
.......for it . . in my view it shows great character an honest mind and even somewhat spiritual ...

I wouldn't be able to work with someone who expected the least

yes, it's hard to expect the best .. that's why I say it's spiritual ..
