Why do you think the patents are still owned by MDGC? It's crystal clear in the CCOP 10-K that CCOP purchased Wytec International and MediaG3's patents. The 8-K and the NV SOS show that Wytec International, Inc. was incorporated as a subsidiary of MediaG3 the day before the purchase. Wytec had never previously been a subsidiary of MediaG3.

I think Bill Gray will use the Wytec subsidiary and patents in a similar way as Val Westergard did -- to claim they have patented technology that can do all kinds of revolutionary and innovative things that will never happen.

One thing Gray is not doing... pumping up the balance sheet with a false asset value for the worthless patents. As an SEC-reporting company, his 10-K is required to be audited and no legitimate auditor who values his/her license would consent to that. MediaG3 has not had its financials audited since prior to the merger with Imperial Wireless.
