Are PKI,TMO direct competitors of WAT ? similar exposure to weak ex-US markets and gov't contracts?

I did ok trading WAT off 78 today and pondering some puts on the others in sector.

Are any of the three "best of breed" or are all basically competent players in a smaller pond?tia
