Not that this has or will have anything to do with retail actions. It struck me strange the company would issue 2 seperate unaudited disclosure statements in 1 month. That's a perfect, PRs lined up on the CEO desk technique. They surely had both completed at the same time. Why release them seperate? Oh, timing PRs when the stock price run stall needs help.
This is good planning. The interview didn't help we release PLAN "B" sitting on our desk just in case.

As I have not researched the company at all. I looked at the Q3 report to get a drift of what could happen in Q4, to instigate new buying.
First their financials aren't half bad for a pink. Little cash and no outside bebit. Only $328k shareholder long term debit.
Yes the company is (was) owned by insiders and management. They issued all kinds of stock to themselves with the 3 subsidiaries spin offs to shareholders Feb 2011 and insider debit conversion in July 2011. This took the common from 150 mil to 610 mil OS. With 543 mil float held by 13 individuals as of April 3 2012. Yes the CEO was funding the company and continues to, for preferred stock @ 50% of market value. April It upped the AS to 1 billion, plus 25 mil preferred.
Now from April 3rd, 2012, when the Q3 was released, to April 23 the insider selling has raised the market cap from $3 mil to $12 mil. Or 610 mil OS @ .005 (apr 3, 2012) to .02 (apr 23, 2012). So the retail herd gave $9 mil cash to the previous 13 owners since the darkside play started.

Now all that is left is to see Q4 and calculate if $205k in assets, with $80k in liabilities, $40k in cash and $15k in losses in Q3's discloser. Improves enough to warrant $9 mil in market cap already given to the company in retail cash. Plus more!
