Good morning David,

I am just going to wait a little more, patiently. If no 10K today, this company owes us (shareholders) some answers as to how the IR and other indivduals associated with this company can make statements about the 10K being filed, yet nothing.

Have a good day everyone. If we get the 10K today with guidance, investors have incredibly short term memory and I believe many investors don't even know we exist. Which at this point, given the situation, is good.
