And investors who are blinded by greed to the point that even the most blatant criminal activity that shows up with the most rudimentary DD, is ignored.

They could have a prison just for penny stock crooked CEO's, and it'd be full of Gene Newtons who by any other name are predators who take advantage of a blind regulatory system.
