Do you know what makes PX-866 unique (according to ONTY)....the irreversibilty of the drug? I am not a biologist so I would love to hear thoughts on it.

In the page you link to, ONTY claims 866 inhibits all isoforms of PI3K (pan-isoform), though it's most potent against alpha and beta, which they claim are the ones most closely linked to solid tumors.
