The share structure being larger than desired,will be addressed at the proper time,which will be determined by ongoing progress,and discussion with Bao Steel.Bob has stated, all along,that a RS is not necessary,nor is it being considered,due to CWRN becoming self financing,via the sale of ore to China.These are facts,and not conjecture,or opinion,anyone is more than welcome to dispute this,if the can show proof to the contrary.....which I know will never happen,it is a beautiful feeling to know that facts always win.lol
