I agree with that 100% - there is a big arbitrage opportunity here to buy significant asset at a near 50% discount to what I beleive is intrinsic value. It's just not obvious imo and may trade cheaper - until people figure out what I am seeing. I dont mind buying Biota's business for $40m when it was valued in Australia at $150m yesterday (was $200m market cap with $50m cash)

So if they are goign to come to the US with hopes that that $150m value on theri IP was too small - and now it trades @ $40m based on NABI - I like that trade.
