Can someone out there explain to me why there is a total lack of interest in this baby? Potential large settlement(s)against major credit card companies + licencing agreements going forward + major roll out of biometric card from manufacturing plant within the next several months.

It doesn't make sense this stock is trading at 26 pennies.....

What gives??
