GESI and it's volume right now is to low to be saying anything about dilution.
That's the first words that are said when a company has a drop in share price. Drops can happen for a number of reasons. To claim dilution without factual data is ubsured. GESI doesn't show any change in the share structure, TA isn't gagged so that answer can be found out really easy.
It's nice to see the rise in share price the last couple days. News will really make this move....IMO
