I don't understand what Dr Zac is talking about here.

GSLM has no 3P petroleum reserves but only prospective resource as per the RPS Energy report and the Empire 8-K which refers (again) to prospective resources as estimated by Global Exploration Services. What reserve figures? - there are none unless GES has invented some.

He does not confirm he has seen the GES report but where else would his STOIIP numbers come from? The sooner the report is made public the clearer the matter might become although Empire seems to be in no hurry to release it.

The first point of note is that my numbers are STOIIP, and the CPR focuses on reserves.
