Stock dividends are used to instill loyalty and create new long
term shareholders. It's a form of free money and shows the company
is confident they are about to create shareholder value.

Dividends are not to raise money... the company has no need to
riase money. They have $20 million in financing.

You should take an investing class before taking on the OTC stock
market, bud.
