The name change has already happened, the name of the company is Covalent Energy International w/ Nevada SOS, they now need to apply to FINRA for the name change after they accept it the symbol will change to something like COEI. From what I have gathered thru Jaxstraws DD is that Covalent Energy or the people behind Covalent Energy took control of the "CWLTQ" shell post bankruptcy. As far as a merge in goes that may have already happened as Covalent Energy Int'l Inc. is a Delaware Co. and to access that info costs $$$, and they just recently updated the Nevada SOS. But anyway you look at it they will be announcing these material events that have happened with CWLTQ / Covalent Energy in due time. Then we will know the full scope of the situation.
