I agree with you in a normal circumstance. However, I equate buying the patents now is like buying a house on a fire sale before foreclosure. Neomedia is in no position to ask for a premium, take what u can get and get out of debt...or take nothing at all in a July default.
I also agree with you he has no desire for all the IP, only the ones that fit into his plan. Leave Neomedia with the rest and a chance to get back to selling.
I think you would agree a debt free Neomedia concentrating on campaign management rather then chasing lawsuits would be a much better business model. Better for PPS also(The Doc and YA holding 100m plus is an incentive for both to let the pps run in that scenario)
