Right you are 25 cents is a given imo. I'll do a write up later to explain why 25 cents will soon be a low support level. Weve already shown how well a REAL low float penny runs. We went up 100% this am on 3.5 MILLION SHARES LOL!

ICPA stock is going to be a very hot commodity. Many are going to flip some but everyone should want to hold some long. So as we go up the float will get stupid small!
