Who is suing whom? Do you mean that Ault, Molinari, Livingston, and Edwards are suing Graham? Do you know where (e.g., what state or what court)?

The folks involved in this scam were Ault, Vince Molinari, Lori Livingston, Michael Edwards and the late Lew Graham. Everyone else is suing him apparantly.
