TXO doesn't sound very interested in Empire Energy when they refer to them on their website as follows:

and furthermore they link to the 8-K at Yahoo Finance instead of the usual Brit RNS (some of the barflies at ADVFN.UK nearly threw up).

take a look at TXO website and it gives CLEAR indications that they still regard the EEGC quest as important to their shareholders
