Money Runners sent an email today saying that it could run from .12 to .50 in 10 minutes! They don't want that to happen they say. How are people supposed to buy if it goes up that fast? Lol! I am going to try and jump on but it looks as though it may be a pick for people who already know what it is.Supposedly, anything under 13 cents will be safe.
