Zab, I think your "pesky Wall Street players" might be able to take advantage of QE3 talk and trade accordingly-sort of like what canabis refers to when he talks of "longs love em some QE".
However, if you are including the "economy" here as unable to function without QE3, in my opinion you are a bit premature. It very well may come about but the economy shows no signs of contracting-not that it is going "gangbusters" by any means. JMO
