To be honest not sure what PPL expect IMO. I'm here because of what I know about online poker legislation etc, but as far as it being 0002 instead of 0006, for one there's Alot of shares out there, so it's hard without major developments, or a big pump, and there really hasn't been a pump. They released news(the new Pres) which many found out or speculated about weeks ago, other than many are waiting on the updates that are allegedly coming. And yes if you look it up it's being shorted as well. Much less going for it than against it, which hopefully changes real quick.
