HR, if that is the case, no way will this drag on more than 5-7 more days...perhaps as early as today or tomorrow. The two other individuals could be anyone from the IR firm, to the new securities lawyer, to some lawyer or person from the acquiring company for the FUND TRANSFER ....which if that is the case, a material event needs to be disclosed in 3-5 days I believe.
