RSRS was at 1.25 at one point on its way to 1.30. SMA would never jump on a promo that has seen those type of gains already. Sometimes people get a wind of a promo and start buying but the promo company sells into it to bring it down and then hits the promo. They can report high percentage gains that way.

That's why it makes me laugh when someone thinks they spot an APS play and jumps in early. APS would never promo something that's run to a buck already before they call it.
