Admittedly, the 10K seems to be lackluster and even a bit foreboding. Is it a sign that things are actually going south? Or, does solid analysis of the 10K and the events of the last FY in particular give rise to hope that something good is acutally transpiring and that future, solid profits will bring future value to the pps?

I'm not looking for the typical UBRG bashing that has become all too commonplace on this board making it a cesspool of negative, analysis free OPINIONS. I'm looking for solid analysis from players that understand the markets and in particular, pinkies.
