I see dilution since yesterday. So panic peeps brought it down to 0.0010, and since yesterday CANT is there and dilute. But if we have that kind of bad atmosphere, there are not enough buyer to buy these shares.
We should not forget 99% of all otc stocks dilute, they are listed to raise capital and dilution means not its the next .0001 stock and we got scammed.
And there is a difference between huge dilution and little dilution.
With selling around 300m shares (that was huge dilution) in 3 months the stock was up because we had positive people here! Now stock is going down because all feel negative and not enough buyer!
Fact is still, he filed the quarterly report, so we should get ce removal, because no reason to file one report in march and not the year end report. He did never say when he will file, he just said he is working on it!
If he need more money now, then he has to dilute now. CARG for example diluted at 0.0005 40 million shares, and stock was this week up to 0.0050.
Im not happy about it but have to wait and play other stocks in the meantime. You can´t win them all and its a waiting game now!
