The trading is likely shorting taking place, but this is no retail shorting, & posting that the shorting is being done by ihuber's is ridiculous. These are OTC/PINK arbitrage guys doing what they do, selling/shorting into an ATM prior to the company receiving the funds. BFLX may very well be sub penny in the coming weeks....
