Nope and I highly doubt this report is accurate. They may have been feed by unkown informant but did not put a disclamer on the story. If this was true the BIG PR people would have picked up on this already and would have annouced all over the wires. Right now the story is not valid! In my opinion also My understanding Moses is in his office today. If this was a true story he would be somewhere else. This is being blown out of way porportion here. The only thing the sec is questioning is the word Urgent in my view. How ever with the speed of the meeting being set up it was Urgent. I am confident after the dust settles Moses will prevail and own a newspaper as well.
