None of it is/was amusing in the slightest. FINRA DID AGREE to the Splits/Dividends.
No they did not, the scam company filled out the right forms. Just as the SEC does not approve filings made to EDGAR. If you think that adds some sort of legitimacy to the fraud here you are sorely mistaken. Even the new CEO of PTEL was smart enough to say right out the splits/2% divies serve no purpose and cancelled Tony's last attempt to defraud investors.
