to the DUTV Board of Directors...and WILL BE..."

Didn't say that it had EVER actually come to pass.

Even I, Mr. Optimist, can see and acknowledge THAT.
Perhaps they both PLANNED and INTENDED for it all to transpire,
but that was all taking-place during the time that I believe
Tony was running completely OUT of money to do ANYTHING.

The overall PLAN was for MusicMatrix (MMx) to start rolling
and rolling and rolling on HUGE MOMENTUM, to go "viral," and
thereby to amass HUGE NUMBERS of PAYING MEMBERSHIPS. Alas,
only a trickle of Paying Memberships came in. And from there,
things REALLY started to crumble and collapse. IMO, just saying.
