How do you know it would be a good thing? I am not in a position, nor are you to assume we know more than the management of this company knows.

Don't argue with me over my post...argue with the lawyer who wrote the article and backed it up with years and years of legal precedent. Maybe you can convince him to do a re-write.

The fiduciary duty is only required when a material event happens and/or the company is either trading in it's own securities based on the information or information was leaked or a rumor started by a company insider.
