I must strongly disagree with that opinion,

I have yet to see a fact to back it up.

Just a standard disclaimer statement.

I have yet to hear a shareholder that is worried the spin-off will not happen!!

I think the new cry should be: ONE FOR THREE !! - ONE FOR THREE !!

Onward to the new exchange for KAT GOLD and the properties!
