altarboy I believe Frudakis already stated he intends to do a r/s whenever he deems it to be necessary. The resulting destruction of shareholder value from these dilutive sanctions, except for management shares which appear to be exempt, will be devestating, to say the least. The first r/s has all but put the pps back into pre r/s subpenny. I have to wonder what Frudakis must be thinking when it comes to concern for the shareholdes who have sacrificed and supported him and his cronies for the past six years. So far, no compassion from Sarasota. LOL!
