hmm RXPC.PK is off the D so someone should update that in the
CUSIP list that still has it as RXPCD.

Sometimes the rot can happen right at a broker so have to be careful all along the chain. When story hit it did make for some
exciting action in JEF. People took some wild positions on it and was a hard stock to get in beginning.
Seeing ATTD on the List here and it's continuing to fall am. Hadn't realized it was on List until read it here!

The SEC approved Egan-Jones as a credit-rating agency in 2007 despite serious concerns about the firm's internal procedures and staffing levels, The Wall Street Journal reports. Egan-Jones sparked a sell-off in November of Jefferies Group's shares after downgrading the company in a report that may have contained inaccuracies.
