As i recall, GD sold off that assembly line last year to a English company that also produces such military weapons. They are running their factory in the Carolina's.

With such a sale, there is no guarntee they will have a contract with LNGT.
GD was a potential contract IF LNGT fronted a set dollar amount for the start up.
