Assistant Director Hes at the bottom of the last page www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1412126/000000000010058982/filename1.pdf He said the free BVIG share deal can be done.It requires KATX to be current status which they are also have to have autited financials and an attorney sign off on a letter for them.KATX last financial was un autited so maybe thats something they have been working on.It takes awhile to have an audit done.Also cost some bucks which could of been a problem for them over the winter time to.Have to wait and see I guess.
