Well, if they relist in Europe, and they said that the shares will be convertible so you can probably sell them on that exchange. Probably for a hefty commission and a bunch of fees. But if it opens at 1-2 euros and producing, I'm sure it will be better than the share you have trading in this grey sheet. And there have been much worse companies and promos that are still trading.
