We assumed that TelVue will be operating over the next five years in a stable but slow macro-economic enviroment without major shocks such as a financial crises ,significant energy interruption or disruption in microprocessor suppliers... The sales forecast used to estimate future cash flows assume that TelVue will be successful in signficantly increasing its revenues through new service offerings which target the migration of video to the internet and that TelVue wouldnt be restrained by future fundings challenges or the need for new profesional skill set...We also assume that Telvue be successful ( to varying extents reflected in a selection of scenarios) in marketing new services...
