You state; "when we get to the point where police or some politician can walk into your house at will.....WELL, THEN, YOU'LL HAVE A POINT....
but, i don't even see that on the horizon.... "
This is where hundreds of years of creeping incrementalism takes place.
This isn't entropy. This God damned immaculately laid plan to exploit the people and resources of this world and it must FAIL!
Let me ask you? Does the American military ask for permission to enter the homes of those in a war zone? Afghanistan? Iraq? Libya? Is the UNITED STATES increasingly being referred to as a "war zone" in recent legislation? Have Americans been detained without basic rights. Secreted away to points unknown? Have Americans been killed without due process? Why has DHS ordered 450 MILLION rounds of hollowpoint ammunition? We became INCLUDED and declared "enemies of state and "resident alien enemies" via the Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917 (TWEA) in it's Amendatory Act clauses in 1933. Are the Police an agency of government bound by the Constitution? Why are the Police being armed and militarized by the Federal "government"? Why are the Police falling under Executive branch of government? Why does the Executive branch of government no longer need the checks and balances of a legislative declaration of war? Are they really Law Enforcement? Or strong arm enforcers NOW keeping the People from those ACTING as their representatives. Or perhaps they are a latent "standing (mercenary) Army" with "standing orders" on American soil? (both of which are highly unlawful under the Republican form of government by which our nation was established.) Do the Police primarily deter crime,... or enforce code compliance?
What does Congress say about all this?
"The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State: individual so-called 'ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e. law amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State."
Senate Document No. 43 73rd Congress 1st Session. (Brown v. Welch supra)
Now, wait a minute! That can't be right! Can it? What's going on here! What about private property? THAT's one of the MAJOR principles America was founded on and what made us unique and desirable. Ownership WAS the American dream.
Well,... Americans HAD that until the Banking Act of 1933. What happened?
And further...
"...and, how does this relate to the Fed.... "
Everything!!!!
Who owns the Fed and why?
Do you REALLY REALLY want an answer you yourself can look up and verify?
You won't like what you read.
"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable..."
~ JFK, the last "American" President
