If you don't mind could you post a screen shot of the email and just blank out your personal email address. I would like to add it to my records and it would be better to have an image. It is fine if you can't.
To take a screen shot just hold down ctrl and press Prt Scr. Open up Paint and paste it and save it. Then you can upload to your website of choice such as TinyPic
